The Ladies of Charity was founded by St. Vincent de Paul, along with St. Louise de Marillac (who was a lay person) to serve the poor and the needy. The organization is over 400 years old and world wide in over fifty-three countries. It seeks to open the call of Christ through the Church.
We focus on calls of need that come into the church such as:
We meet four times per year on a Saturday morning. We begin with mass at 10:00 am followed by our meeting in McGovern Hall and a potluck lunch. This is an easy and wonderful way to serve in our community.
