Saturday, August 19, 2023Celebrate the anniversary of D-Day and the invasion of Normandy France.
The Father & Son ministry will be attending the annual D-Day re-enactment in Conneaut, Ohio on Saturday August 19th. The park opens at 9am with activities taking place all day, The main event is at 3pm. Admission is free but tickets are required. Please sign up early as they will sell out. Each family is responsible for their own transportation but if there is enough interest we can look into carpooling. JOIN US, RAIN OR SHINE, AS WE PULL OUT ALL THE STOPS!Once again D-Day Ohio, Inc. will invade the Lake Erie shores of Conneaut, Ohio, and stage the largest D-Day (1944) living history reenactment in the country. Featuring over reenactors from across the US and Canada, spectators will witness men, women, and their machines perform a living tribute to the veterans of WWII through dress, mock battles, and living history displays.
