Fr. Scott Seethaler OFM Cap. has served the Regina Coeli Parish since 2014, first at St. John Neumann and then since the inception of the parish. He has been with us through the good times and the challenging times. He has been a steady calm presence in the midst of the merger and during the pandemic, helping us navigate the turbulence and grow in faith. His last weekend mass with our parish is Sunday, June 25, at 9:30 am, at St. John Neumann Church.
In thanksgiving for his years of service to our parish, please seriously consider making a contribution to TASH, Inc., the organization he founded in the year 2000, to serve the poor in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Here is an excerpt from his last Newsletter in an article that he wrote:

“Now that I am turning 80, I would like to celebrate my birthday by helping one more group of children. They live at an orphanage. It is called “Ciudad de los Ninos.” (City of Children). In 2019 an earthquake seriously damaged a part of a dormitory, and it had to be torn down. I would like to raise $66,000 to help rebuild the dormitory that will house 50 children. Would you be willing to help me rebuild the dormitory? It would be a great birthday gift.”

What a great way to say Thank You to Fr. Scott by helping him raise the $66,000 to help rebuild the dormitory.

Please consider coming to the Mass on June 25 at 9:30 am at St. John Neumann as well. A reception will be held following the Mass. You can bring your donation to that reception as well.
